A final Large Item Drop Off Day will be held:
This Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Residents will be permitted to drop off large items including:
Paint and Oil
Tires
Scrap Metal
Please note:
No construction materials will be accepted on this day.
No household waste will be accepted on this day.
**If you do not have the appropriate bins for door-to-door pickup please contact the municipal office to arrange delivery at 819-689-5022 or by email at admin.sheenboro@mrcpontiac.qc.ca**
Council is currently in the process of negotiating with the municipalities of Isle Aux Allumettes and Chichester to establish an eco-centre that will be available to all residents in the near future.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

PLEASE NOTE :
The transfer site is closed to the public for all household waste; only bulky items and certain other materials will be accepted this Sunday, May 17, and afterwards will be permanently closed.
Construction material and electronic waste may be disposed of at the transfer station on L’Isle-aux-Allumettes.
